Using staccd

By creating an account you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy. You must be 13 or older. One person, one account; keep your login to yourself.

Your content

You own what you post. You give staccd a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and distribute it as part of the service, including in share cards, feeds, consensus lists, and the anonymized aggregates described in the privacy policy. Delete it and the licence ends, except where it has already been included in an aggregate that cannot identify you.

What is not allowed

• Harassment, hate, threats, or sexual content involving minors.
• Impersonating people or brands.
• Spam, scraping, automated account creation, or using staccd to send unsolicited messages.
• Posting content you do not have the right to share.
• Interfering with the service or other people's accounts.

We can remove content or close accounts that break these rules, and we will act on reports.

Third-party data

Titles, artwork, and descriptions for picks come from TMDB, MusicBrainz, Open Library, Wikidata, and Cover Art Archive and remain subject to their licences. This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.

No warranty

staccd is provided as is. We work to keep it up and your data safe, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error-free, and we are not liable for losses arising from its use to the extent the law allows.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the site; continuing to use staccd after that means you accept them. Questions: hello@staccd.com.
